We are pleased to offer FREE delivery for all purchases over $200 within Australia.

For all purchases under $200, a delivery fee will be added to your purchase at checkout. Your shipping charge will be calculated according to your address and we will make sure that you are getting the best rate possible.

Standard delivery time is 2-5 days.

We currently only ship to Australia (lucky Aussies). This will open up to more places in the future, so keep checking.

You can get an estimated delivery fee via the shipping estimator in your cart before you complete your purchase. We have worked with national delivery companies to get the absolute best delivery rates that we can for you.

We pack and ship your goodies within 24 hours Monday to Friday and next business day if you purchase over the weekend. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed, and then another when it has been despatched with a tracking number to assist you in checking the progress of delivery.

Returns

If you want to return your item, email support@huxfordgrove.com and we’ll send you a link to print out a returns form.

Return postage will need to be covered by the customer. All returns must be received with all original packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition.

We very carefully check and check again all items before they get sent out, but if you feel there is a fault with your new purchase please email support@huxfordgrove.com and one of our helpful team will be there to assist.
