AUSTRALIA

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders within Australia. Standard delivery time is 2-5 days depending on your location.

Our deliveries are automatically set to ‘authority to leave’. If the freight company can not find a safe place and there is no one available to sign for the delivery, they will return it safely to their closest depot and leave a card advising you how to collect it from them.

INTERNATIONAL

We do offer International shipping on a request basis. If you live outside of Australia and would like our goodies shipped to you, please contact support@huxfordgrove.com  and we will organise your order.

SAME DAY PICK AND PACK

If you order before 12pm we dispatch your goodies same day Monday to Friday, and next business day if you purchase over the weekend. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed, and then another when it has been despatched with a tracking number to assist you in checking the progress of delivery.

RETURNS

We are pleased to offer 30 day money back guarantee – NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Return postage will need to be covered by the customer. All returns must be received with all original packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition. We very carefully check and check again all items before they get sent out, but if you feel there is a fault with your new purchase please email us. All return enquiries to support@huxfordgrove.com.
